For the past several years Oemar's primary market has been within the Washington D.C., Maryland and Virginia corridor areas. Customers are largely Federal agencies who we reach as sub-contractors on large contracts. We look forward to expanding Federal Government business in 2002 and in 2003 to include 8(a) customers in other states.

Growth potential.
According to several studies by national organizations in the Computer field that the Computer Systems market is increasing at a rate of 25% to 30% a year. It is considered to be one of the fastest growing markets in the U.S. today. Oemar's location in Northern Virginia has the advantaged of being close to 60 Federal Agencies in this area, vendors, suppliers, and clients where the Federal and Local Governments are investing large sums of money in Computers. The Washington area is one of the largest and significant technological corridors in the country.
