Badeges After graduating with a degree in Engineering Sciences and Telecommunications, Umar has worked with some of the largest High Tech firms in the world. Ranging from El-Nusa an Indonesian firm, REDEC a Saudi Arabian firm, and in the US such as Capital Systems, CTG, ADR Services, Halaby International and others. Umar founded Oemar International in July 1987 as a High Tech consulting firm and has been growing ever since.
